    We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Our goal is to provide each customer with the fastest and highest level of satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date.   2. CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

    Yes. Enter the information during checkout in the shipping address window.  You can add up to 5 additional addresses in your account to use for billing and shipping.  This is located in your account under your account information: "View or change entries in my address book".
    NOTE: No PO boxes please!  Shipping addresses that are different from billing addresses must first be verified.  This process may cause a delay in shipping.

  3. WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
    You may choose to return any item that is not damaged for any reason, there will be a 25% re-stocking charge that will be applied. Please see Shipping & Returns.

  4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

    Contact ForYourSalon.com via phone or e-mail immediately (within 2 days) upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf. A replacement product will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim and the return of the damaged product. Please provide complete information (ie:order info,shipping info etc.) in your e-mail notification so that we can process your claim in a timely manner.

  5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

    It generally takes between 1 to 3 days to process an order. Then another 2 to 7 shipping days depending on your location, except where products ordered will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer, which will vary. Drop shipment delivery times are specified on the product order pages.  Orders, other than drop-shipments are sent UPS Ground or freight carrier if it is too large for UPS. If another delivery method is requested at the time the delivery, it will vary depending on the area.
    Note: "Days" refer to business days, not including holidays. You will receive an email when order is shipped with tracking number.

  6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Sorry, but we currently only ship within the United States. We receive many requests for shipping to Canada,  Europe and Asia, but unfortunately we are not able to handle the billing and shipping logistics at this time.

    We accept several forms of payment. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please select the payment method best suited to you, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding making your payment to us.

    Online Credit Card Payments:
    We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER and will ship your products upon successful processing of your card. (Note: we do not add any credit card surcharge) This is definitely the quickest way to order and will see your products shipped to you in the fastest timeframe.

    Your security and privacy is very important to us. All online orders are transacted via our fully encrypted SSL Secure Server. No customer details, or credit card information are stored online or in an insecure manner.

  9. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    • Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with a copy of your order and your order number. When your order is shipped we also send you another email with all shipping details including tracking number(s). You may contact our Customer Support if you believe there has been some delay in receiving your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and checking the account information page.

  13. HOW DO YOU HANDLE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

    ForYourSalon.com makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from our suppliers. This occassionally leads to some items being out of stock.

    All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart as it is in stock but when it gets to our warehouse it is out of stock. While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occuring, sometimes it is out of our control.

    If your item is Out of Stock we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of a replacement item or the delay period.
